I have been delivered...
Can you all believe it has been a year since my surgery?
I woke up this morning and it was surreal. I remember this morning last year. I woke up before the sun. My best friend Daintry spent the night before at my house and early in the morning we shuffled out of the house with my giant hospital bag. I had no idea how this whole journey was gonna go. I was excited but strangely enough I was not nervous. I knew that whatever the outcome of the day, it would be God's will.
The path that followed has been one of many challenges. God has led me through them all. I can't even take much credit for the result of this year because He is the power. He is the one who gave me the strength to get through it all. Now it's my job to give Him the praises and the glory because God has delivered me from obesity!
This day last year I weighed 327 lbs. Today I write to you at a much lighter 185 lbs. Glory be to God!
Thank you everyone who has supported me this year. You are truly a blessing.
